Warning Message:The Flood Warning continues for
  the Des Moines River at St Francisville.
* Until Friday.
* At  3:00 PM Monday the stage was 17.8 feet...and falling. 
* Flood stage is  18 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage Tuesday night and then
  hold around flood stage through Thursday. Fall below flood
  stage Friday.
* Impact...at  18 feet...flooding occurs over the lowest river banks.

  the Skunk River at Augusta.
* Until Friday morning.
* At  2:30 PM Monday the stage was 18.9 feet...and steady.
